We consider Matrix Professional Center to be one clinic on two floors (ground floor is parking). The third floor (Phase 1) was completed and rented in February 2002. The second floor (Phase 2) was completed and rented in June 2002.  The floorplan and contemporary styling of both floors are virtually the same.
